Amongst other important sites of Russian literature you will visit Patriarch Pond, the opening setting of Bulgakov's "Master and Margarita".Whoever associates Russia's great literary tradition only with St. Petersburg should be made aware of the fact that a great many of Russian authors actually preferred the "more Russian" of the two captials of Russia. On this guided tour you will be accompanied by an expert on Russian literature, who will give you an insight into the literary district par excellence: the Arbat quarter. Here you will visit the birth houses and living and working quarters of famous Russian authors like Bely, Bulgakov, Bunin and Pushkin. The experience will be enhanced with the reading of excerpts of their writings at key locations in the Arbat quarter.
